Broke a tooth end of July. Dentist patched it and "will contact you in 2-3 weeks to confirm appointment".
2.5 weeks later, email confirms apppointment for 7th Sept.
This week another email asks me to update medical info. Oddly the portal wont accept my D.O.B. Hmm.... 1/2
