I worked in a gender clinic before. Minors typically get puberty blockers before 13, and hormones after 13. Some get breast removal if there's a need.
Cis kids can get these same treatments. Puberty blockers are given for precocious puberty. Breast reduction for back pain. Its not special.

Guys who are wondering how to be good men. Here's my simple 2 step method:
1) Be a good person. Men are people too. Start there.
2) Understand that men have traditionally taken up more space and have had a larger voice than everyone else for a long time, so give other people a turn.

My first big girl job was at a very big company and they harped on us about how important Efficiency was to our work. They reminded us that Efficiency meant doing it right the first time, because rushing causes mistakes and that costs money and lives.
