Talking Wisconsin sports, pop culture, and anything and everything in between.
At this point, you’re just trying to survive until some of the issues get ironed out (if that happens) and til Micah returns. We’re not in the business of winning pretty right now. Just hold on for dear life.

Happy to suffer thru Matt Cassel saying Wesconsin all night for that dub.

Luke Fickell just saved his job. Unreal.

An organization that is as financially conservative as the Green Bay Packers will not be firing a HC or GM they just extended for a bunch of money.

This season is going to be a rough one, it seems. MLF will survive until it’s over and likely return next year.

Prepare yourselves accordingly.

@tspoon62.bsky.social I’m wondering if Matt thinks he’s fooling anyone when he lines up to go for it only to try and draw an offsides and then punt?

As I watch Red Zone. I’m wondering is it a good thing or a bad thing that the Packers perceived strongest phase of the game entering the season, offense, has been their weakest thru two games.

It’s been bad offensively, but the Packers DEF and ST have been quite good.

Based on some quick research, GB has run this play 3 times (all in 2024). Each was on 3rd or 4th and 1. They got 2 yards and the first down all three times.
Packers OC Adam Stenavich on if team could use Tucker Kraft sneak play in future:

"Yes, but I have all the confidence in the world that Jordan [Love] can get that done. He's done that many times in his career. And it's not just on Jordan. It's up front with the offensive line."

Man… Brandon Sproat probably shouldn’t be in the organization next year. Just abysmal control.

Don’t worry cubs fans. You only have to deal with Chourio and Lara for 7 more seasons.

Do not send Miz back out there. Pack it up.

I like Murph. I think he is a very good manager.

There is not much in sports that I hate more than tough guy performative bullshit.

Despite what he said in the postgame presser, his decision to send a message to the team about hustle, likely lost them a close game.
And a defensive blunder leads to a walkoff win for the Mets.

But hey… you embarrassed the hell out of your young, hopefully future star, shortstop to send a message you could have easily addressed in the dugout.

Great job, Murph.
That’s crank bullshit from Murph that could seriously cost them defensively in a close game.

Helmet and Pants save it. The Jersey looks much better than that picture of Watson and Love.
Yep, they're real, and they're not spectacular.

Imagine ripping the Brewers for not wanting to trade Logan Henderson (with years and years of team control) for 2-3 months of Tarik Skubal
August 16, 2026 at 10:18 PM
Are the Dodgers aware that Edwin Diaz has a 4.30 ERA in 15 appearances against the Brewers?

Seems much more meaningful considering he’s probably gonna actually pitch in the postseason.

Do the Dodgers even want to win 3 consecutive WS?
were the brewers aware that antonio senzatela held a 6.16 ERA in 22 appearances against the dodgers when they traded for him

Congratulations to @davidcrowley4wi.bsky.social on winning a tightly contested race. I implore you to seize this moment and reach to the left as much as the center, if not more. Anyone you lose to your left that stays home in November, right or wrong, is a vote lost to Tom Tiffany.

I have already received a text message along similar lines:

Frankly, this is walking the walk. When you can clearly see a candidate rejecting the same money that the corporate Dems fall over each other to scoop up, it should be a sign that maybe she knows something they don't, and that she actually cares more about what WE think.

Vote Hong tomorrow, WI
The data center moratorium issue is the issue with corporate Dems in a nutshell. The electorate clearly hates them but the Dems can't align with that position because they're too dependent on the corporate money/endorsements they crave.

Yet Francesca Hong knows they're bad and rejects the money.

The nice thing about the Brewers trading two prospects I'd never heard of is I have absolutely no emotional attachment to them and if they become big leaguers in a few years I won't remember that they were ever Brewers prospects
August 3, 2026 at 9:11 PM
Sports radio shock jocks are bitching about the Brewers trade btw. Is this that The Onion Meme or should we maybe be pumping the brakes on the outrage machine a bit? Time will tell.
August 3, 2026 at 9:10 PM
Brewers didn’t outbid the Dodgers. National folks and Brewers fans lose their minds.

Brewers trade two prospects (one of whom I’ve only just recently heard of) for quality MLB arms. Some nations folks mock them on Skubal again, and Brewers fans lose their minds.

You really can’t please everyone.
