Talking Wisconsin sports, pop culture, and anything and everything in between.
I don’t think that was real either. Rodgers was pretty prominent in that aggressive offense. They still had games where they came out flat and got spanked.

Jameis threw 5 tds in a game the saints stomped GB during the “all gas” era of the MLF Packers.

He and the team just need to be themselves. Stooping to Ben Johnson's polished meathead/general d-bag style will not just be cringe, but likely not change how MLF or the Packers perform.

Makes letting him walk easier.

Enjoy it. I’m not at all confident that this is getting back to Milwaukee.

No to mention that would be a bad pick with the greatest WR prospect since Megatron in this class.

I’m not lip reader, but it looked like he said “are you sure” before throwing the flag. I could be wrong as I was yelling, “Don’t! Don’t! Don’t!” at my TV.

Is it surprising that supporters of a candidate like Paxton don’t know how to properly serve their ads to voters?

If you say so. You too.

It’s not rare. It never happened. First time in over 2,000 games played there.

Brewers have also had much better HR hitting teams and AmFam/Miller Park had a reputation as a HR-friendly park for a long time.

Yet, this is the only time a ball hit the roof. But they planned for it to benefit them?
October 4, 2026 at 5:18 AM
It’s happened 1 time ever. Today. How would they know if it screwed them? I fear you’ve lost the plot.

They formalized the ground rules 26 years ago to help a future team that doesn’t hit a lot of homers. Makes sense.
October 4, 2026 at 5:02 AM
It’s moot. A ball will never reach the ivy with the greatest defensive outfielder in human history patrolling Wrigley every game.

BACK BACK*
October 4, 2026 at 1:35 AM
I'll give them a slight pass on DeJean. He fell and every team passed on him at least once. He's also only an all-pro because they changed the format and made Slot CB a position for the AP 1st team in 2023.

If they can't run the ball to the right with that, they got serious problems. I wouldn't be surprised if Belton ends up back on the bench and Tomlinson/Becton is the right side at some point.

top 10 pick hitting*
September 28, 2026 at 8:55 PM
I'm certain he's better than what they've put out there, I'm less certain he's good enough to help this line get to respectable. Is not deplorable enough for them to contend for the playoffs? Hopefully. I'm not sure it will be tho. We shall see.

Unfortunately, 27/32 teams have an all-pro in the time, but 5/27 wouldn't have any all-pros without a top 5 pick hitting.

The major misses that I see on the list of all-pros since 2018 are Creed Humphrey, Amon-Ra St. Brown, JSN, and Cooper DeJean.
September 28, 2026 at 8:43 PM
Here's the context:

Since 2018, 60 of the 2059 players drafted have been named a 1st All Pro by the AP.

- 12/60 have been top-10 ten picks
- 28/60 have been first round picks
- 22/60 were drafted prior to GB's 1st pick
- 11/60 were special teams All-Pros

Is Becton, without the best OL Coach in NFL history, much better than not very good?
