I dunno dude I have been critical of Hasan in the past but he is actively involved in politics, voter registration and supporting candidates he likes. He's actually out there, he actually cares about his values and promotes them.

IME this is ABSOLUTELY true for drawing, too - drawing stuff that makes YOU happy will draw in more people. I think it's obvious when someone REALLY loves something, it shows in their work, it draws in the people who are drawn to that same thing they also love.
