Utilities i.e. water and electricity should be considered human rights like food. You cannot survive without running water, even if you have housing. And you can’t cook or live comfortably without electricity. Both should be free and publicly funded via progressive taxation and wealth taxes

That's a faulty premise. The tech currently marketed as "ai" is not, and cannot be, intelligent / sentient. Discussions about an alternate universe where AGI is a real thing that exists on our technological horizon may be fun in a vacuum. But in our reality gen "ai" is nothing more than theft.
