Terry Pratchett is not truly gone—not while his words are read, his jokes are enjoyed, and his name is spoken. The Disc spins on, his legacy intact. Somewhere, Death nods, the Librarian turns a page, and Nanny raises a banana daiquiri.

Happy Hogswatch Eve. #TerryPratchett #GNUTerryPratchett
#Hogswatch
The image depicts the Discworld, a concept from Terry Pratchett's fantasy series. It shows a cosmic scene where a gigantic turtle named Great A'Tuin glides through the starry void of space. The turtle has a textured, lifelike shell and skin, with a large, wise-looking head extending forward. Four enormous elephants stand atop the turtle's shell, positioned symmetrically. They are intricately detailed, with visible tusks and thick skin, appearing to bear the weight of the Discworld above them. The Disc itself is not fully visible but is implied to rest on the elephants' backs. The scene is on a flat-screen TV, with wooden shelves and books visible on either side. Some books on the right shelf are part of the Discworld series, as their spines are labeled with related titles. The cosmic background enhances the surreal and fantastical nature of the scene, with shimmering blue hues and sparkling stars highlighting the grandeur of the setting.
