I would love, absolutely love, at least one prominent contender for the Dem POTUS nomination in 2028 to start threatening this now.

"Trump is right that lying on immigration forms is a serious offense. Here are the people my DOJ will investigate on Day 1: Musk, Melania, etc."

Put fear in them NOW.
Looking forward to the same scrutiny being impartially applied to Elon Musk and Melania Trump, whose immigration documents are much much worse than anything alleged about Omar's father
When Dems talk about the Ilhan Omar situation, they need to stop using language that implies that Omar might have done anything wrong.

Trump is not "investigating" Omar. They are trying to denaturalize and deport a sitting Congressmember by scrutinizing decades old paperwork from when she was a kid

It would really be great if folks not affiliated with the Trump Administration could stop using "Department of War." The Department of Defense is a statutory creation, and the name is statutorily given--the administration cannot unilaterally change it.

Tesla is browbeating the EU to approve its ‘Full Self-Driving’ tech. The pressure is working.
Elon Musk’s EV company is running a social-media campaign blaming European traffic deaths on red tape. Its safety claims don’t hold up, experts say, but regulators are starting to buckle.

Trump historically wore Brioni, an Italian luxury company that makes suits in Italy. Here he flashes a Jos. A Bank label, a US company that long offshored its production to China and Bangladesh. They carry an associated label called Joseph Abboud, which is made in US. Curious he didn't choose that.

The Trump White House Keeps Treating the First Amendment as More of a Suggestion
Where normal people see “rights,” the White House sees privileges that the president may grant or withhold as he sees fit.

They idolize masculine figures in sports, war, and film and only seem to want women around to make more of themselves.

The outright refusal to treat white supremacy as an ideology which motivates action and treat it as generally objectionable is what allows this strategy to be viable for Elon Musk.
When Elon Musk's groups spent $20M+ on Wisconsin's 2025 Supreme Court race, his involvement backfired and his candidate lost by 10 points.

Now his super PAC has quietly spent $14M+ on key midterm races, including the Texas Senate race.

Would be a shame if people found out.
