It’s very simple and it’s been said over and over but I guess it needs saying continuously: if you deem one group too small to have equal rights you are enabling fascism, not fighting it. The people saying Dems are GREAT on trans rights are not paying attention and/or saying stuff like this.

💯 The erasure of Black women from the dynamic those people present whenever racism is being discussed strikes me as a pretty clear indicator that their concern is less about misogyny, and more about halting conversations around white supremacy (for reasons that I think I know but won't speculate).
(Never mind the assumption that somehow racism is separate from sexism and there are people experience both. Somehow the assumption is always that any issues with racism are somehow exclusive to men.)
