I’m annoyed by a commercial. The setup is that a guy at a bar does a virtual tour of the bases whenever a homer is hit to celebrate his win on an anytime homer bet on FanDuel.

So Trump is threatening to impose tariffs (again) on Canada for having fires. But just as big a reason for our issues are that we haven’t had enough rain. I’m looking forward to Trump slapping a tariff on God for not producing enough rain.

One of my pet peeves about modern football TV is their habit of trying to predict what the next play will be. I’m not interested in what you think will happen. Do a good job telling me what did happen.
Clearly, the lesson NBC learned was: always try to predict. This baseball game is annoying.

The @nba.com app on Apple Vision Pro has a mode called “Tabletop” which provides a real time representation of all players and officials on the floor. They look like miniature models moving in sync with reality. For the 2nd time I notice an invisible official in the Suns game.
