New PISA data out

England is now top ten in all three areas (reading, maths, science) and the second highest performing country outside of east Asia (after Estonia).

This is a huge public policy success.

Haters focusing on Liddle's violence toward his pregnant partner, his galloping racism, or his repeated defences of paedophilia, should remember to mention he was also one of the worst writers to ever do it. A calorie-free hack of the first water. Just absolute dogshit, back to front.

The BBC's News Correspondant, Dan Johnson, speculates on why Ann Widdecombe was targeted and then ends with him saying that the police have asked people not to speculate. My, how standards have dropped with the national broadcaster.

Nigel Farage vs "the establishment"

He went to private school, worked as a stockbroker, has been a professional politician for 31 years, has his own TV show, is a brand ambassador for gold, is mates with POTUS, accepted a secret £5m gift, and owns five houses bought outright with cash

What a rebel

Will Reform complain about the voting in the by-election and call it Fakerfield? Asking for an orange sex offender.

What Reform did today was an incitement to rioting and an insult to a grieving family. This bloke should have hung his goddamn head in shame.
Well done @iandunt.bsky.social for not letting Reform cllr Alex Wilson take the high ground for what Farage did.
