We are text complete on this electro-punk vision of Boston, one of the biggest steps before making a real book!
🧵 Tabletop micro review: I loved playing this 1994 classic with a group of my fellow nostalgic history nerds, trading geography questions and favorite "did you knows," but I'm weird like that. I wouldn't say it's a good game, though: it has all the frustration and bad pacing of Clue and Monopoly.

Every so often, I have an email exchange with someone from a Native nation who shares what they're doing with Coyote & Crow. It always blindsides me, and usually wrecks me emotionally. I'm authorized to share this bit with you all, so now you can be wrecked too. Enjoy. (text in alt)

Tabletop micro review: ROOT is for people who like winning on a technicality. Its asymmetrical factions mean your time will be spent checking obscure rules interactions in an overstuffed rulebook. Only play with people you enjoy arguing with. @leder.games

A lot of my #gencon events are sold out, but you can still come!

In my experience at least a third of people who buy tickets don't make it (cons are hard), so if you're interested you can come with a general ticket or slide in for standing room in the back. Details: graftbound.com/gen-con-2026/

Tabletop micro review: DroPolter was the sleeper hit of @originsgamefair.bsky.social '26: a charming dexterity game with a clever self-balancing mechanic and completely non-verbal gameplay from @oinkgames.bsky.social

Tabletop micro review: SCOUT is a fast-paced trick-taking game with a betting component, simple and yet brilliantly fun. But its best trick isn’t its gameplay - it’s the bits. They're just numbers and colors. You can play SCOUT across language barriers and it's still fun. @oinkgames.bsky.social

The removal of the ESA upsets me on a deep visceral level.

Passenger pigeons were once so common that their flocks would darken the skies. Now, they will never be seen again, and this cycle will repeat.

Alright which one of you told the Internet to hug this game?!?

No seriously I need to know who to thank for this 🎉
Did Glatisant get a good review or actual play recently? We're seeing a nice uptick in sales for this two-player game of Arthurian quests.
