I spent a bit of time working on the product roadmap yesterday. I’ve had a specific request to better support non-U.S. currencies and will prioritize that. Now, I’m wondering what should come next.

Check out the roadmap and let me know your thoughts. https://www.rfr.bz/b0a74f5

Tomorrow SubLedger goes live on Product Hunt.

I'll share the link first thing in the morning
— earlier upvotes carry more weight on launch day, so if you're planning to support, morning is the best time.

Thank you for your support! This has been a strange and wonderful creative detour.

Two days out from our @ProductHunt launch and @MySubLedger just went live on @PeerPush_net. If you've ever been surprised by a subscription charge you forgot about, this one's for you.

Two days out.

Product Hunt launches live for 24 hours. Upvotes from real people are what drive visibility for indie builders.

If SubLedger sounds useful to you, I'd love your support. I'll share the link when it's live.

No bank linking. No data selling. Just finally knowing your real costs.

Subscription fatigue is real.

A lot of people don’t realize how many recurring charges they have until one unexpectedly hits their account. Have you experienced that?

I built something with my own little hands (with a little help from Replit Agent 4 –okay, maybe a lot).

It started with a forgotten subscription charge and ended with a privacy-first app I'm proud of.

It’s launching June 10 on Product Hunt.

Details coming soon.

Curiosity has changed my life multiple times.
This time it got me into building software.
I didn't plan that. But here I sit.
Sharing more soon.

Something shifted for me this year.

The writing slowed down. Instead of forcing it, I followed whatever felt interesting.

What I found surprised me.

More soon.

I’m beginning to think creative people are not “inconsistent.” We just create in cycles.

I stopped writing for a while and built four apps instead. It brought my writing mojo back!

Maybe curiosity matters more than forcing yourself into a single identity.

I sat down to write a book and built a privacy-first subscription tracker instead. Because creativity doesn't follow plans, & every app I tried wanted to link my bank account or sell my data.

The book is still coming. Eventually. 😄

The last prompt in this New Year writing reset is to complete the sentence: “This is what I learned from 31 days of writing…”

You might discover something surprising about yourself and your writing practice.

Prompt for Jan. 30: Treat January as a doorway into the year.

What do they expect? What do they find? What do they refuse to carry forward?

Today’s writing prompt starts with a world where the ground is frozen, and nothing grows. One day, a flower appears.

Who sees it? What do they do with that knowledge? Is it hidden, shared, argued about, or ignored?

A midweek writing prompt built around routine.

Begin with something done every Wednesday without fail, then let something unexpected happen.

Write the moment things change.

Today’s prompt asks writers to imagine a moment of intentional closure.

A character decides to let go of their past. Something appears before the ending is complete. Write the choice that follows.
