So many times when someone asks if an interaction they’ve made is accessible, the fixes I provide them change their designs more than their code.
You can slap a whole lotta aria on stuff to force fit a design but better to just fix the design so it works better for everyone.

I’ve been working for months on a course overhaul, primarily at night… not going to finish it before this 2nd baby comes but I’ll keep on it. I’m proud of the updates so far! There’s even a mini design system in the workshop materials now 🥰

Well, GitHub is down again (day that ends in y), but when it is back up: New Repositories now have a new default Issue label for "Accessibility".
This update addresses a longstanding gap and helps to normalize accessibility as a primary consideration.
