I am not a screenreader user to be clear

but from my understanding, what you want is to make it so that someone who cannot see the image (for whatever reason) has enough info to understand any reaction comments, or even join in themself.

(When an unmarked image shows up in the markup immediately after something that is pretty obviously an image description, that is a thing that screenreader users are generally able to figure out.)

An icon-only button may be announced simply as “Button”.

Give it an accessible name, like “Search” or “Book appointment”, so a screen reader user knows what it does.

I'm really hoping it's just bad wording. There are innocent UI/UX cases I can think of that would appear to be a default option.

1. Accessibility features (Screenreader / magnifier / etc.) or a "next" button for faster navigation may activate the radio button group, which will then always (1/2)
