This is exactly the sort of thing BBC Four is for.
Here's something: Dennis Potter's rarely seen Play for Today from 1974, Schmoedipus, will be repeated on BBC Four on Wednesday 7th October at 10pm. It's their tribute to Tim Curry, who stars alongside Anna Cropper and Bob Hoskins.

This is exactly the sort of thing BBC Four is for.
#70Up has made me reflective. Am I alive at the best time? Given my cultural interests I always thought I should've been born in the 60s, not 70s. But I've been around to experience Beatles, Bowie, Python, Doctor Who, Milligan, Pinter, Alan Bennett while they've been active, so I've not done too bad

That's how you spend an enjoyable Sunday afternoon, listening to a 1936 organ play along to silent films: a Felix the Cat cartoon, Laurel and Hardy's Big Business (1929), and Buster Keaton's The Scarecrow (1920). Part of Brighton's Heritage Open Day.

Re: today's email from The Beatles: Have you got a 3 Saville Row experience to share? (in prep for the museum), I forwarded it to my dad who was there for the rooftop concert.
He worked round the corner of Saville Row in the 60s and would see the Beatles but think nothing of it. Different times.
