I rode public transportation in Chicago, in Atlanta, in Miami, and now in Saint Louis. I live one stop from work so whether walking there (have not done this yet), driving, taking the light rail 🚈, this is the closest I have ever lived to work.

I'm rewatching Search Party with Alia Shawkat. If you haven't seen it, check it out. It's 5 seasons and the arc is fascinating how the characters progress over time.

More of Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands. Just breathtaking views and had a fun time traipsing around the Caves part of The Baths. We finished the day at the Baths beach. I loved diving with my swim 🥽 on and see so many cool things underwater. Highly recommend.#cruise #NCL 🚢

The 🚢 arrived in Tortola, British Virgin Islands very early this morning (6:45am). I was scheduled to go on an excursion to #VirginGorda by ferry and visit The Baths. The famous Baths. The trails at The Baths are not for those with mobility problems.

Acknowledging Mother’s Day today. The photo of my mom in a red bandana was taken by me when I was about 6 or 7. She was busy cleaning the house. I was helping by taking her photo. The second one is when my parents had NYE parties and I was still small enough to be “baby new year”.

Some initial thoughts on the #Norwegian Cruise Line’s 🚢 Luna: fewer children, so that is a plus. Getting into the peaceful groove I need for this week. Booked a post-birthday dinner for myself at Los Lobos and will enjoy some entertainment afterwards.

The COL is insane in South Florida. Not just for students but for the everyday worker as well. It’s not just rents that have skyrocketed but expenses as well. Most of my staff can’t afford to live in Miami so their commutes are ridiculous. www.miamiherald.com/news/local/c...
