Super Mega Baseball 4 is still a great baseball video game. I am revisiting my custom league in Franchise mode. I remember customizing all the teams and conferences. I named my league the Multiversal League. The Conferences are named "Space" and "Time". Here's an old screenshot of it.

Game workers want to make good games. We wouldn't be in this difficult career if we didn't! The problem is... we often aren't allowed to. Executive/leadership decisions often stifle creativity and innovation in favor of what will be marketable, please shareholders, or appease their personal whims.

I got to play some of these games at #Dreamcon yesterday. The games I didn't get to play also looked very cool. I'll definitely be checking out all their Steam pages and letting friends know.
Trying out deer. social for obvious reasons. "Age verification" laws are total bs. Some will say, "oh, these companies and governments already have your data, so no use fighting". If that was the case, my digital footprint would be enough for them to clearly see I'm a grown man.

This is Freefall '95. After I played the demo, I knew I had to buy it. It has a score and goals system similar to the Tony Hawk Games. It's so fun to play. It just came out on Steam last week.

People have talked the argument "everyone uses it" into the ground because yeah. No, not "everyone" uses it.
The thing is, though, the general public doesn't know the difference between LLM and genAI and proprietary tools that many companies developed and implemented into their workflow years ago.

I meant to make a video for #screenshotsaturday this week, but I got distracted. I decided to have two seperate levels for this minigame. The normal pitches levels will use the 1st map. The super pitches will appear on the 2nd map. I also added health pickups. #gamdev #indiedev
