It's time to update our Supreme Court Structure. The Court was created in 1789 with 6 justices when the USA had 3.9 million people. Updated to 9 justices in 1837 with a population of 15.2 million. Now, we have 341.8 million people & still only 9 justices reviewing the same number of cases per year.
