I can imagine it, and it's a world with less climate refugees, because we addressed the concerns raised way back in Kyoto, people who have more options in life because they are better educated, so there is less crime and terrorism and a more stable world.
In the 25 years since 9/11, the United States has spent $8 trillion+ on wars that have taken millions of lives in the name of fighting "terror."
Can you imagine if we had instead invested those funds here on climate, health care, housing, and education?
