this worked. it always works. i pavlov’d myself in high school but i try not to use it all the time as i head into my 40s just in case the effects wear off

reporting in from one week of very fucked up reactions to increasing my thyroid meds and switching to generic i would LOVE insurance to cover the name brand so i can sleep i haven’t slept in days i haven’t felt the desire to sleep it’s making me miss hypothyroidism please god let me sleep

a week late in having my copy arrive, which means an extra week of celebrating the gift of @sesmith.lol’s new book “all my dead cats.” i’m so very proud that this book exists & my friend wrote it—hfs, it was once just an idea?! celebrating are the skulls of my dead cats, moxie (L) & whimsy (R)

can confirm having just had a convo with an ADA specialist: a sterile environment is a place where in order to enter hair, clothes, & shoes must be covered by gown & PPE, & no visitors are allowed—like an ICU, operating room, or burn unit. if you can bring someone w/you, your service dog can come
by ADA definitions, is the piercing room of a piercing studio a “sterile” environment in which a service dog is not permitted? my gut feeling is no; sterile means surgical while a piercing room is sanitary with sterilized implements, but i’m willing to be wrong
