I feel like using traditional media again lately. I guess I needed a change.

Through furries, I can talk about humanity without honoring it. This is so important to me.
I get to play with more shapes, colors, textures, and anatomy this way. No downsides, it just makes literally everything more appealing.

I think I'm attracted to furries because I can't stand looking at humans sometimes.
The idea of only making humans actually causes emotional ache. I deal with people every day and there's a lot of complicated feelings around them. Rejection. fear. anxiety.
Furries are people but they're not human.

Dawning. (Commission for @myxomatosis.bsky.social)
When I make art, I pick a song and post lyrics that inspired the title. Sometimes the work transports me to a serene place, so I named it Dawning, a song by Yasmin Williams.

Collaboration with @folkwyn.bsky.social , he designed two jewels for the #EF art show and I made paintings to go along with them! They will up for display and auction in the next few days, so look for panel 100 L if you are attending!
