Confused why a SaaS company with north of $400mm in ARR and positive free cash flow (somewhere between maybe $10-$30mm) is trading at a market cap of just $70mm and EV of about $160mm. I know there is the fear of AI making SaaS obsolete, but this still feels out of whack.

Lot of market rules of thumb seemingly being broken on a daily basis. Gold down with rates up? Equities essentially flat? VIX maybe broken? Treasury yields approaching late 90s levels with no consequences? What is going on.

Bot trading alert. #$THRY seems to have spiked >5% on news that Thryv Therapeutics, a completely different company, established a new license agreement. If I was a day trader I would sell my entire THRY position now and buy it back cheaper in an hour or two
