Started work on my Nahobino cosplay again a few weeks ago and just finished the base bodysuit so I'm briefly free from Applique Hell. Shoulders next! Not sure when it'll be done, just enjoying the process (and glad the bodysuit is a good fit because I've built even more muscle since I started!)

Had a planned day of annual leave today to just take some time out and do something for me. Work has been a lot lately and I needed some time out. So a after a good long gym day, some new ink and a catch up with my tattooist, I'm feeling much more refreshed. Long overdue and much needed downtime.

Ok, some thoughts, as an olde tyme academic, on the Arday tragedy.
First, allegations about causes. We don't know what was in his mind, but many people are keen to blame him, or woke lefties/academia, or the media.

Not only is the uk's media completely ungovernable and free to target anyone they please, true or not, they also refuse to report on the wrongs of a major section of society that is tearing it apart.

@eidolon.co.uk picked up the '96 Dr Who TV movie, and I've not seen it in years so gave it another watch.
I appreciate it doesn't have the best rep among other fans but I've always really liked it. It's cheesy and full of gaping continuity errors and weird choices, but McGann's phenomenal. 1/?
