I really hope this spreads across the rest of the state and the whole country. House hunting recently was a nightmare seeing how many agents lean on showing rooms that do not even make sense, especially on fixer uppers. Disclosure will be a start, but it generally should not be allowed *at all*.

Listing sites are littered with homes with fake fireplaces, improved views and virtual landscaping, raising false advertising concerns.

I absolutely LOVE the fact that the Switch 2 mic will listen to an actual instrument and use it as an optional mechanic. That is rad.

If you're doing PR or sending keys or whatever, essentially cold calling YouTube/Twitch channels with a game, I assure you that you do not need to have AI gin up some fake list of things that you "saw and enjoyed" on the channel to make that message have impact. That stuff just makes you look fake.
