finally caught up on #sirat what an hallucinogenic fevre dream. Starts out a journey of discovery & abruptly becomes a nightmare. Unpredictable , the sound , soundtrack , cinematography wow. shame I didn’t see it in #imax would have been something special. #cinema #filmreviews #letterboxd #mubi

off to Athens for some inspiration for my next play and/ or book. need time away from what has been a pretty bad start to 2026. but the need to write again has reared its head so things are def on the up. 😊

off to #Allmysonsplay tonight #wyndhamstheatre
booked aeons ago so thankfully wasn’t too expensive - and it’s the last performance I believe .. can’t wait #theatre

why are films so overlong these days ? saw 2 x Netflix films at the weekend. against my better judgement as cinema and the big screen no distractions is always the best way ! and both #frankenstein and #wakeupdeadman could have lopped at least 20 mins off running time. Films need to deserve

I've redrafted a play many times after feedback. i think it's good but for the life of me no one buys it or at least gets it. if i had the money i would put it on myself at Edinburgh It's not easy writing plays but I can't give up. need friends in the industry #theatre #playwriting #playwright

i’m editing down my play quite ruthlessly feedback was show not tell I think and I have a note above my desk ‘ trust in the audience’ changing the title. let’s see how that goes ..

new on here. let’s see what happens 😊
