On a real note though, as much as I simply love chai for the flavour it does also have a LOT of protective properties from the spices involved (if you’re into that kinda thing)

Y’know trying to find accessible housing is an absolute joke. I personally don’t think constantly falling down the stairs and at one point fearing a literal broken neck is classed as a “medium welfare need” 💀
