Excited to see our story on SWR!

While developing a molecule to make cancer metabolism visible with MRI, we discovered it could also serve as a qubit. Molecular qubits could be made stably & at scale, opening new possibilities for quantum computing.

Is the disease active? Is treatment working? Conventional MRI can miss important information because it shows only indirect consequences of inflammation.

Researchers at WashU are exploring how quantum-enhanced metabolic MRI with POLARIS could visualize disease activity and treatment response in MS.
