Nintendo consoles are the ultimate, "I want to play a game" consoles. Rarely an update longer than 2 minutes, not a TON of settings to fiddle with, and you press play to play the game.

After the PGA fiasco I went to play Assassin's Creed, but The Ezio Collection does not include the first. I go on to research that it was never BC, but that there's a PC version.
After DL (20 minutes), install (5 minutes), troubleshooting because it wouldn't launch (15 minutes)...

Downloaded PGA 2K25 via my PS subscription. After install, at least a 5 minute loading screen, which pops you into a 'create account' screen with a 30 minute timer on it, and no clear option to dismiss it. I waited a minute to see if some SKIP button or opt-out would pop up. It did not. Delete game.

Just blocking people that do this. Everyone's rights are under attack, not just *yours*. Yes, some people are more greatly and inhumanely affected. There is a vote to stem that, to prevent it as being *even worse*. Not exercising it is your right, it's also counterintuitive to your goals.
Some people need to admit that their personal grievances, as damn well intentioned and even *right* as they may be, are not a reason not to vote. Because that's how we end up where we are, and you get to bitch about them some more while actively making things worse.

I checked gamecast and saw they were on the comeback, and I turned it back on. I fully expected myself to have to rage quit when OSU won.
