Dyed the panels of Chapel Perilous, the chaos magick temple for #operationoctarine

They came out with some wonderful textures from the dyeing process. I wish I had time to scry with them, but had to pack it in before it stormed.

Indiana's state motto is "Crossroads of America." It's basically self-identifying as a kind of purgatory.
In folklore, crossroads may represent a location "between the worlds" and, as such, a site where supernatural spirits can be contacted and paranormal events can take place. Symbolically, it can mean a locality where two realms touch and therefore represents liminality, a place literally "neither here nor there", "betwixt and between".

What will you find in Chapel Perilous?

#operationoctarine #chaosky #occultsky #witchsky
There is a geometric schematic-like drawing of a pillar on a white background. To the right of the drawing reads this quote from Robert Anton Wilson’s ‘Cosmic Trigger’ in black text: “Every thing you fear is waiting with slavering jaws in Chapel Perilous, but if you are armed with the wand of intuition, the cup of sympathy, the sword of reason and the pentacle of valor, you will find there (the legends say) the Medicine of Metals, the Elixir of Life, the Philosopher’s Stone, True Wisdom and Perfect Happiness.” On the bottom right of the graphic, there is a geometric logo and the web address OperationOctarine.org
