I don't know, still figuring it out.
But it's a bit like making sure you run meetings and talking to other people for a whole morning, in a way that feels fun. Discussing ideas. Delegating.

Efficiency innovation doesn't automatically create prosperity, it mostly just removes jobs
Sustaining innovation is okay, it mostly moves jobs somewhere else (e.g. electric cars)
Disruptive innovation is what you want, it creates prosperity through systemic changes
