It's happened, the D-Day book overtook the 'D-Day Dodgers' book, despite being pub'd 6 months after it. I always feel the Italian campaign gets hard done by in the collective memory. Here are some links to get a flavour.

It seems apt to give it a little push, not least because all author royalties go to the Taxi Charity For Military Veterans.
