Ask yourself this: how have institutions that for years have said they face budget shortfalls, deficits, shortages that “required” them to deny faculty lines, fire staff, raise tuition, cut research support, etc. suddenly find the money to pay for outrageously expensive contracts for AI services?

New Orleans people - does anyone have experience filing a title insurance claim? And/or getting a title company that screwed up a previous sale to maybe expedite a situation/pay damages for delaying a sale?

In hindsight standing up at a show for 4 hours after dropping a picture frame on my big toe yesterday MAY have been a mistake. My whole foot is deeply unhappy with me.

You know what gets a library perpetual access to a book??? Purchasing the physical book. I guarantee the publisher won’t come steal it back!!!
