I dusted ff a 7-year-old build for a local IPMS show and tell. It’s the 1/24 scale Airfix Mosquito. The last truly unfinished 1/24 kit they did before they started doing them properly with the Hellcat. Here’s a video review of it. #histscalemodels, #scalemodels

I’m happy to say that my wife and I will be a big drain on the U.S. government with our Social Security and non-taxable retirement income and then will pay tax in the UK with some of that U.S. government’s money.

Found out (by accident) that it’s cheaper to fly from Phoenix to Manchester via Heathrow than it is to fly from Phoenix to Heathrow. 🤷♂️🤷♂️

This week, I had a special experience seeing “The Empress Pub” which my great grandparents owned in Liverpool. Ringo Starr grew up in the row of houses behind it and his mom worked for my great grandmother as a barmaid.
