8 new plug-in solar kits received ENA compliance today, taking the UK total to 56 approved kits.

When the price is right, demand for plug-in solar is clearly there.
Just 3 days after City Plumbing cut the prices of its three compliant kits to sub £500, all three are now out of stock.
Other kit suppliers and manufacturers, please take note: price these reasonably and we WILL buy them.

At least 3 MLAs have now pressed Stormont for the rule changes needed to follow Great Britain, where plug-in solar became legal last month.
With questions awaiting answers from the Economy Minister, we should know more very soon… ☀️

Some encouraging signs for plug-in solar in Northern Ireland.
At least 3 MLAs have now pressed Stormont for the rule changes needed to follow Great Britain, where plug-in solar became legal last month.

The PowerXpress 920W (90012) has a decent spec, great panels and flexible mounting options but… it’s pricey at £669 delivered 😳
Hopefully this is just the first of many kits they plan to stock…

A lot more plug-in solar kits have been registered as 'compliant' over the past week.
On the day it was permitted in Britain, only 7 products were listed (just a few available to buy). Now there are 46 compliant kits. Progress!
