When you're in your 20s you're so much more malleable for a lot of support staff roles and then you continue to grow professionally in your 30s and it just doesn't fit anymore.

Agreed. My issue with the tax incentives is that it fuels more instability because it becomes a competition to see who can offer the best discounts for companies.
also I know they're always horny for tax incentives but there are other places to shoot things than the 3-5 biggest cities in this country so it's good to see some projects going elsewhere.
