At last weeks ant-ICE protest downtown/Houston I asked a group of cops "If an ordinance was passed that prohibited law enforcement from wearing masks/ must show ID" would you enforce it?" Lots of polite blather back dodging the question. No. They would not. Local law enforcement will not save us.
