How to burn down a tent with static electricity.
1. put fleece blankets in the dryer
2. setup camp in the desert and put the blankets inside
3. have your children slide around in the tent in their sleeping bags
4. watch the sparks fly
For the record the tent didn’t actually catch fire 😮💨

Authors and publishers. Please remember that our kids use different language than what was used 50 years ago. Just read a PB published last couple of years and I had to explain to my 7 year old what each of the bullying names meant 🤮. Break the cycle guys! #publishers #authors #Picturebook

Me: she’s on the spectrum
Other parent: Oh.
That was it, it’s all she said. #autism
And it breaks my heart, but I will continue to break down these boundaries.
