Bank of America needs to face a class action from its customers over the incredible human time it wastes just to make a payment online. Complaining to the CFPB achieves nothing—the bank knows how to answer with a foolish canned response. And it still isn’t using passkeys. Any lawyers out there?

Never give your bank account to PayPal...after 25yrs of having an account with PayPal, I know for sure that's the correct action...always use a debit or credit card.

It's 2026. Users shouldn't have to wonder if their words made it into the text box. Losing focus, dropping keystrokes, and overwriting text are problems we should have solved in the 1990s—not a quarter of the way into the 21st century. #UX #SoftwareDesign

The same goes for Apple. AI features are nice, but the basics still matter. A cursor should stay where I put it. A text box should respond immediately. I shouldn't have to fight the interface to write. Great software starts with getting the fundamentals right. #UX #SoftwareDesign #AI
