Even measuring the strike zone, that isn't moving, for individual hitters cannot be measured this precisely. I work with launch monitors every day and there's a 0% chance that you can make a strike call by a fraction of the size of the seams on the ball itself.
I feel very confident that the ABS system is not actually capable of this level of accuracy consistently and we all just have to go along with the fiction
