In regard to sending Trump and company for prosecution at the ICC, Trump issuing pardons is actually what makes them eligible for prosecution under international rules regarding the ICC- something this thread from a month ago highlights.

One thing to understand about the ICC- Trump pardoning war criminals is what would make them eligible for prosecution at the ICC.
ICC only steps in when local prosecutors are blocked from pursuing prosecutions under national law- which is what a pardon would do

This is extremely important. We weren't fighting to bring fascism down, we were fighting to LIFT EACH OTHER UP HIGHER. Fascism falls as a consequence. They want to take our joy because joy is what kills them. You lose if you forget this.
