Why does everyone assume that if Klobuchar is elected governor that she'd choose her replacement? I'd assume if she wins, she would resign so she can focus on the transition and Walz would choose the replacement, right?

1) It was built by the city of Appleton at the height of the early 90s prison boom as a economic booster. It was sold to CoreCivic in 1997. It was not built for its practicality; it was built to be provide jobs for the very small, rural town.

My uni has transitioned to a new IRB system, and I love that instead of automating the process to move current IRBs from the old system to the new system, I got to spend my morning moving each current IRB manually, question by question.

Today we filed our response opposing federal agent Gregory Morgan’s motion to remove his case to federal court. The federal judge could send the case back to state court or hold a hearing. We are prepared for either ruling.

The defendants should ask for a detailed inventory. 15 TB of Signal messages would be millions if not billions of messages.
In a motion to designate the case of the Minneapolis protesters as complex to extend due dates, the government claims they have 44,000 pages of written reports, 2.5TB of video footage and 15TB of signal messages.
