I do still have a DeviantArt account(I know, you can throw your spoiled produce at me later), and their Terms of Service all but banned artists from aging up kid characters... at all.
Besides that, aging up characters feels kinda wrong anyway, unless it's OFFICIALLY done, ya know?

I think that aging up characters is fine but you gotta work for it. Some artists will just paste the original character's head into an adult body and it just feels weird.

My rule is: if you put this character through a time skip to 18, would they look meaningfully different at all? For example, futaba from P5. Aging her up to 18 kinda just means she's a little taller and maybe her curves filled out a bit more. However someone like, say, dawn from pkmn needs more work
