apparently usps is just confusing as fuck, based on the package type it seemed like it wouldn't be able to be returned to sender but it worked anyways. yay $40 not wasted!
I ordered something online and accidentally used the town and state my home is in with the street and apt number I’m currently at for college so I’m going to have to see if I can fix that
