for fucking REAL. the depth of trauma for those undiagnosed with ADHD is real. not just the way we feel like we're constantly failing (because everyone is telling us we are) but not understanding WHY because we have no context to understand other people aren't struggling with the things we are.
Been avoiding this but it’s Super Important to have access to knowledge & experience w neurodivergence ASAP. A big source of lifetime torture among people with ADHD roots from inability to contextualize & put into words what we are experiencing both within & from how the outside world responds to us

My favorite part of having reached perfection in Stardew Valley is that I can use any and every cheaty ass quality of life improving mod imaginable when I just want to have a fun playthrough and I don't feel bad about shit.

I think I finally realized the appeal of dancing with the stars. I've been paying more attention to it since one of Taylor's dancers joined. And I'm like, "oh there's a lot of people I like on there!"
