For those in England & Wales who don’t get them on the NHS: private flu & covid jabs are available from today. I’ve just had both at my local pharmacy. £115 for the pair. Yes, that’s expensive, but if you’re a freelancer & don’t get sick pay it’s probably a lot cheaper than taking time off.

Soli mit den Kollegys, die Literatur übersetzen. Auch für uns in der Spielelokalisierung ist die Lage ähnlich, und es wird immer schlimmer. Große Publisher und Loka-Agenturen drücken die Preise, enshittifien sämtliche Prozesse, forcieren KI, machen dadurch unser Leben und das Endprodukt schlechter.
