when you bake chocolate chip cookies and you pull them out of the oven and the edges are golden brown but the rest of the cookie is still pale brown and they're very soft and you think "i should cook these for another couple of minutes" DO NOT DO IT. THAT IS THE DEVIL SPEAKING. TAKE THEM OUT NOW.
