The statements from our franchisor use German locale (comma as decimal separator). Their global online system uses US local (period as decimal separator). Good luck trying to copy them into a table (Excel or otherwise) for reconciliation. 🤷♂️

Got my Arizona ballot for the midterms in my email today. I only vote federal, so I have just a safe House seat on my ballot. The Hobbs vs Biggs race for governor will just get decided without me.

My wife, 4th from the left 2nd row, was elected to both city councils in our home town of Jesteburg. She’ll be deciding on important issues like school buildings, garbage pickup and traffic lights, exactly the kind of issues that need to be resolved to keep the far right out of power!

Jesteburg is still missing a precinct, but it looks like the CDU gets 6 seats and my wife makes it in (2nd place on the list). Greens won the mayor’s race by 49 vote (0.8%).
