We *can* all do something (not spark wildfires, for example). But asking individual citizens to solve systemic problems is peak neo-liberalism. Not watering our gardens isn’t going to fix pipes or build reservoirs. Government needs to do more than ban barbecues and send scary alerts. NOW.

So we are sucked out of nothing, get job, pay rent, raise kids while trying to get over how shit out parents were, figure out we could have actually been who we were a lot earlier which could have made life bearable and then we boil to death and back to non existence. Is that about right?

It's so weird that when given the choice between slightly reducing the wealth of a few billionaires or redirecting the attention of the sheeple towards fascism, it always end up with fascism.

Something happened at the SC. Why did they exclude trans voices? Why was the judgment written using anti trans terminology? Why was a homophobic judge in charge? Why did they not consider the equality act? Why did the EHRC come out swinging so hard as soon as the judgment was announced? Sus
The EHRC held a party where Baroness Falkner literally hugged all the big trans hate groups (who the EHRC has been in cahoots with). We need a public inquiry into all of these shenanigans. It’s pure corruption at the highest level. As was the UKSC.

Small but important comment: let's call these 'trans segregation' policies at every possible opportunity. That phrase has the power to cut through.
As an alumnus of the University of Warwick, I have written to ask for more information on their new trans segregation policy, which was uploaded and then removed from their website. Thanks to @whatthetrans.com and @katymontgomerie.com for raising awareness of this.
