Bottom line: Do you like the Medieval setting? Holly: OMG YES. I don’t even know why but it hits every single part of my id. Erin: It’s so stressful. And for years I really couldn’t get over how filthy everyone had to be all the time. It got better, but it’s not fully in the realm of total suspension of disbelief for me. Ingrid: I don’t? But I also think it’s half because of what Erin said and half because most of the Medieval romances I’ve read were real old and real…morally questionable.

Yep, I’ve just realised that my OLD agency, Sanford J Greenburger, who barely repped the book in question at all (essentially the editor approached me about a book and soon after my agent left them and formed her own agency) have asked for a 25% split with me lol.
Today was a difficult day, Long Covid wise. I had to go to the supermarket (got a new credit card, but I don't do online banking yet so I haven't been able to activate that thing for online shopping and as a result I haven't been able to order my groceries online).
